New to Charlotte Area and having trouble moving a Property

Just started up a wholesaling operation here in Charlotte NC and I am having trouble moving my first property. It is a nice cash flowing property that I think is a great deal but have not gotten that many bites on yet.

Is Craigslist still the best way to move a property? I feel like there is so much clutter on there that it is hard to really get through.

It is tenant occupied so plastering for sale signs every where is not an option. Does anybody else have any good strategies to sell deals quickly?
