Where Do I find a good investors when I have a leads already locked in?

Hi Bigger Pocket community, I have questions,

I've been able to get a lot of contracts locked in Texas as wholesaler. (currently have 8 contracts)

Where can I find professional investors that I can work with?

Any suggestion?
