Welcome to the BP family. You can go onto Google and inquire and I am sure some will come up. Hud Homes, Homepathe, Hubzu, Auction.com are a few. I don't believe you need many to keep you busy. You can also go on to Zillow and indicate foreclosed homes and you can pursue them. Good luck on your journey and again, welcome aboard.

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Keyon Bigelow!

A good way to find cash buyers is to visit your local REIA group. There is bound to be cash buyers that attend your local meetings. If you have access to the MLS, you can look up previous sales that were all-cash. Another method, is to become an active member of the forums, get to know people. We have a strong community here and once you develop credibility with people and you have good deals, cash buyers will come out of the woodworks.

Hope that helps.

HI,

Another I site I frequent is bid 4 assets. They have auctions starting as low as $1, some with no reserve.

Good Luck!
