Walk through for an assignment with one title company seller and buyer closing
Hi All
I need some clarity here from the more experienced members.
I have been chasing what I thought was a good deal since Dec 2013.
It's just come to fruition and I'm looking at seven properties
from one seller. I've made an offer which has been agreed (no assignment signed yet).
Can anyone give a short form check list of what's involved going through a Title Company.
I have a cash buyer lined up and have what I believe to be a healthy profit locked in.
Do I do separate assignments or can it be done as one transaction?
And, this is my first so apologies for asking things that may have already been covered, I just couldn't find them in one place.
