Wholesaling first potential deal
Trying to figure out how to obtain estimates on repair/rehab costs for San Diego area to present to a cash buyer. Properties needs updating throughout and house is average quality tract home in nice neighborhood, between 2200-2700 square feet and built between 1968-1972. Seller to close quick and do not have GC right now to assist in this! Any ideas?
