tax delinquent vs probates

Hello marketers, I sent out a mailer to tax delinquent properties and I got only two calls however both were very un-motivated.

So I am wanting to do probates to, however I am thinking I need to do one or the other to get good at it.

Whats your opinion on what is better "tax delinquents" or "probates?"

I would love to get your opinion.
