New BP Member in Memphis area

Good morning. New member to BP and I am looking for a couple more wholesaling avenues in the Memphis area. I have a group of 4 international investors looking in the Bartlett area. The wholesaler I have used in the past has shifted his focus to other areas in Memphis. These will be cash purchases and/or 50% down by the investor and we will carry the remaining 50%.
