House under contract. Now what?

Hey everyone,

Quick questions about wholesaling. . Newbie here.

What is the next step after getting a house under contract? What to do after signing the Purchase and Sale agreement.

Do I now go to the title company with the contract and earnest money and they start some kind process? Then find the buyer (I might have one already), sign the assignment contract, then send them to the title company with the assignment contract/cash for the deal?

Its the tiny steps in between the larger steps that I'm still not sure of...

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
