6-figure wholesale fees explained.
Everyone, let me make the reason for this post clear.
A LOT of you all are getting fooled into believing that to become successful you need to lie to sellers, , low-ball sellers, cold call people, DMM, people, and spend a fortune and a ton of effort into intrusive marketing, marketing to people that never asked and/or are completely not interested in your services.
EVERYONE, and I do mean EVERYONE, pay close attention
Those who know me know I have a very loud voice advocating against those practices. I always include facts proof and data, but it always lands on deaf ears.
So let me inspire you all with a bit of good news. All these things I am telling you not to do, are hard, expensive, time-consuming and they anger and upset people, not to mention that a lot of those tactics are becoming illegal.
I am here to tell you, show you and prove to you that you do not have to nor should you do these things.
My wholesale deals trump most of y'alls elaborate high-risk flipping profits, while:
I don't low-ball anyone,
I don't lie to anyone,
I don't trick anyone,
I don't spend a cent on marketing
I don't lift a finger on marketing.
I don't chase anyone.
I simply tell them exactly what I am going to do, 100% transparency.
Now here is some actual concrete proof: ($128,816.06) for one wholesale deal.
I am not selling you anything. Au Contraire, I am trying to tell you that you can do this without paying ANYONE, me included.
All the posts I have been making over the years have not changed voice or strategy. I have been on BP for YEARS, and I am STILL telling you the exact same thing that has worked for me since I started in 2016. Nothing has changed. This is the ONLY strategy that has not, will not and shall not ever change.
Same strategy. I let sellers find me. I understand what motivated sellers are and when you do, you will see that you CAN NOT target them.
So I focus all my energy into being the easiest person ALIVE to be found to a very specific audience: People that are willing to sell their house below market value".
THAT is how and why my wholesale deals reach 6-figures+ consistently.
Want more direction? Don't private message me. Just ask here in the open, so everyone can learn from this. Let's friggin crush all these dang gurus' BS about lead generation based on mere opinion.
Mister Guru X made $3MM on cold-calling leads. Well, good for him. But guess what? Not because HE did it does it mean you will do it. Not because it worked for him does it mean it will work for you. Why? Because those are opinions. That is the difference between data and opinion. What I am teaching here on BP what I am showing you on BP is not opinion. It is pure data and that is why it WILL work for anyone willing to learn how to read, use and interpret that data and apply!
There is ONE takeaway from my post.
STOP feeding each other or propagating the idea that you need to cold call, bandit sign, DMM, SMS, or use lists, to get deals.
NONE of these methods can possibly target motivated sellers. It CAN'T!
If it could your success rate wouldn't be less than 0.1%.
Now you have the proof. Now you have the warning, Now you have a path direction on what to focus on.
If you still come here asking why your DMM is not successful, WHY you can't become successful, it is on you!
Being stubborn, and staying "consistent" is not going to bring you success if your methods consistently don't work!
Be smart.
Think, and I won't wish you the best of luck because luck ain't got a gaaahh dang thing to do with it.
Now stop messing up and step up. Go take it by the balls and go crush it, on demand!
