How many probate propertys are still full of contents ?

Just curious how many of you get to the point the seller is willing to sell you the property an the house is still full of the decedents property ? Do you have someone come in an buy/sell the contents ? make the owner deal with it ? I mostly deal in the contents of estates at the moment seeing probate leads as a good way to expand beyond selling the decedents stuff but also buying then selling there home afterwards.
