Wholesaling a manufactured home, but the seller doesn’t own the land.
Whats up BP!
Sort of in a pickle guys. This is my first deal, and I’ve come across an obstacle that I’d hope someone would have an answer to. I’ve been able to drop the offer price from $65k to $30k. Another property (same sqft), 2 doors down, fixed up sold for $89k. But, the owner does not own the land, only the property. What should I account for?
