Just curious I'm a newer agent in the Orlando area and like idea of wholesaling are there wholesalers that like to work with real estate agents how does that work ?

@Manases Perdomo Most wholesalers know the value of working with agents bring. However, they won't typically pay you. So your buyer would be responsible for paying your fee, which generally makes the deal not be attractive.
You can come out to CFRI (Central Florida Realty Investors) and meet many wholesalers in person and network with all types of trades and vendors to get an idea of the investing community here in Olrando. I am on the board and can get you a free pass to come to a meeting if you like.
