Is it worthwhile for me to encourage out of state wholesalers?

I am seriously lacking good deals being brought to me. I am typically seeking single and multifamily (commercial) deals with no structural issues and I use ARV * 0.70 - Rehab to calculate the worthiness.

The wholesalers I run across in Connecticut continue to bring garbage to me.
