Wholesalers, how do you work with a seller who already has an agent?

Hello wholesalers,

What personal experience do you have with sellers who already have an agent but whose home isn't selling? I have seen properties on the market for 2-3 months but I am not sure how to proceed if there is already an agent in the mix.

Thanks,

In the agent scenario, I usually just tell the seller that they are responsible for paying the agent out of their proceeds and assign the deal to an end buyer with no issues. It really just boils down to whatever can be negotiated.
