Dispo Deal Without "Marketing"

Myles Murray
Posted

Hi all, I'm in the process of locking in my first wholesale deal in Louisville, KY. They passed a law here recently that you can still wholesale but you can't "market" the property if you're not licensed (which I'm not). Once I get this contract, what might be some ways I can still get this in front of buyers while still complying?

@Rob Bergeron can assist you with that while ensuring compliance with the law.

 I sure can! Thanks James!
