Just starting out and I'm stuck on the cold calling...
So I'm just starting out and i currently go to the court to get the defaults notice list. I do the research to see how much they haven't paid, then so how much they still owe and when they got the loan, and then I use Zillow to see their homes value. i use some websites took look up their number but almost all the time they don't answer. Is there any specific website to use, should I text or knock on their door? Or is my technique wrong?
