How to best find CASH BUYERS

I'm new to wholesaling and the real estate field. I was wondering how i can get leads for cash buyers besides skip tracing, driving for dollars, and making posts on facebook. Any new ideas or strategies would work and I appreciate any help!

 Hey Cameron, welcome to the game! There are some slick ways to build buyers lists in addition to some of the great suggestions Taylor said above. You can use something like ListSource or Propstream to generate lists of cash buyers specifically for areas you are focusing on.
