Just getting into Wholesaling and was wondering how d you all go about handling property inspections for your virtual properties. I'm not putting deals together yet but just putting to a list of things I need to learn to further scale once I start. Thank you

Hey Ricky,

I don't do formal property inspections. Once I have a property under contract, I send a photographer to take pictures and videos to verify its condition. I then promote the property to my buyers and arrange one or two showings with the most interested buyers. Before showings, I always request POF and soft verbal offers so I can screen my buyers and only take committed buyers to the property. If the buyer wants to do a formal inspection It would have to be after I receive nonrefundable EMD 5k.
