Subdividing Land as Wholesaler
Good afternoon everyone!
So I had some questions about subdiving land as a wholesaler. The parcels in question are both 80 acres and zoned AG-RR. So per acre there is only one dwelling unit allowed. I emailed the county to find out if there are any permits or costs associated with subdiving the land. Is it possible for the wholesaler to subdivide the land and assign the contract? Or should the wholesaler gather the information required for the seller or buyer to do this. Also, an ALTA, topography, and geotech survey has not been done yet. Any guidance or advice on how to go about this is greatly appreciated! Thank you! :)
