I have a homeowner who called me whose home is currently on hubzu to be auctioned. the auction ends November 8th. Does he still has rights? is there a way to stop the auction and get it under contract? I have never dealt with this and am looking for any and all advice. This is in Illinois. Thank you!!

@Mikaela English If the property is on HUBZU, then it is an REO…..the foreclosure auction already occurred, the bank got it at that auction and the bank now owns it and is selling it. It is too late for the previous owner.
