What are some strategies you use when a seller wants to use their title company instead of yours?

maybe countering with other contingencies? or just stand firm with using my title company? Trying to lock this deal up today and want to be as prepared as possible.

I don’t think #1 is true at least not short of 20 deals a month. Their service is already super cheap. Maybe someone who’s getting a discount could say how many deals they are doing. But at 1-2 deals a year I don’t think I could save enough to do my deal even for free from a discount title company.

I’d say good luck and don’t die on this hill.
