Current state of the wholesaling market in Canada?

Hey my name's Sam I 'am a young aspiring real estate investor living in southern Ontario. I have been a quiet member of BP for the last couple months and thought maybe it was time to ask for some opinions. Living in my part of Canada I have seen and surely will see many more of these real estate investing seminars preaching millions in your pocket with no money down, but was wondering why none of them are from Canada and they just claim there systems works here without tangible evidence. Getting to the point I was wondering if there are any active BP members currently wholesaling in my part of Ontario with insight on the southern ontario market and if wholesaling could be viable business strategy in my area. I' am 21 so really any advice, insight or opinion however you want to say it is very appreciated. Thanks for your time!
