With the rising rates and the deals getting thinner, I’m finding it harder and harder to find deals that make sense. If you could pick one strategy to find off market deals what would it be???

SEO may work well for you, but targeting people that have a problem that I can help solve continues to be very lucrative for us. We hunt down the people who may never see your online ad or won't click on it if they do.
