Renting to own tenant w\ question

Jake Harris
Posted

I'm located in Columbus area. Currently renting to own a house for the past year and a half. I was wondering the Ohio wholesaling laws and if a rent to own tenant would have enough financial ties to the property to be able to look into a wholesaling it? I have it locked in at a pretty low price for the area but we don't want to stay in the area but want to still take advantage of this deal. THANKS FOR THE HELP!

I would say it's all about if you have a formal agreement to buy the property and if the agreement says that the right is transferrable or not.  You could make double close it, too.
