Hi my name is Donald I'm a new wholesale real estate investor in Lake Charles Louisiana I'm looking for any advice you guys might have about wholesale in this area or in general.  I've been watching a lot of videos and listening to a lot of content about wholesaling and have formed a team Comprised of myself a beginner, another person who's also a beginner at wholesale, and a realtor.
