Wholesaling as a realtor in Orlando
Hello. I am going straight to my question which is that I have an active license in Florida. In which ways could having my license make it harder to wholesale a property here and what are the ways around it. If you can point me towards previous articles or forum posts it would help a lot.
Thank You.
