Investor Friendly Title Company in New Mexico?

Hey there all, I've got a property in New Mexico that I'm trying to open title for. Looking for an investor friendly company that is experienced and well-versed when it comes to assignment of contracts, double closings, and subject-to-mortgage deals and can do it statewide. Does anyone happen to know of one that can connect me? Many thanks in advance.
