Rookie wholesaler out of Miami, FL looking for a wholesale contract that can be used in Florida. 

Any help will be much appreciated. Ready to start locking in some deals, but I haven't been able to find a suitable contract for Florida.

I understand everyone has constructive criticism, but I'm looking for help with a working contract for Florida.
