Jacksonville, FL Wholesaling

Hello there,

I hope all is well!

I am currently looking at wholesaling in Jacksonville, FL. I see that there is a lot of wholesaling activity there.

Would anyone happen to know whether it is a saturated market? Or is there still plenty of opportunity for new wholesalers?

It also seems like the legal situation for wholesaling in Florida is a bit more complicated. I've read that you may legally market the contract, but not the property. Is that correct? Has anyone found it to be legally challenging to operate here?

Thank you so much for your consideration!

doesn't matter how many other people are doing it in any given area, if you're committed to doing it better than them. ;)
