Cost per deal for Wholesaling?

Mark Weins
Posted

Hello, what's your average cost per deal for cold calling in wholesale real estate for your buisness? I think getting an idea for this number is key to building an effective marketing campaign, if possible please share what your wholesale buisness cost per deal is.

Quote from @Jerryll Noorden:

Guys, you are all looking at this very very wrong.

You are trying to fly to the moon by discussing what gas engine you need to install in your car.

The reason why you all are spending thousands of dollars per single contract signed is because you cannot target motivated sellers. I don;t care what anyone says, or what anyone thinks. YOU CAN'T TARGET MOTIVATED SELLERS!! I have been saying this for years.

What you are doing is blanked mailing people based on some fake criteria that has nothing to do with motivation, and you are fishing for the exceptions.

Dudes, seriously... if you want to get ahead in this game you got to think smart!

You can't target motivated sellers. You need to find a way for them to target you! Mailers, calls or texts can't be it.

Try Google ads, facebook ads and the best way is obviously SEO.

I don't spend a cent for my lead gen and I get a ton of leads... GOOD quality leads.

Your methods are wrong. Period. Change them!

I am sure your stance has nothing to do with a product you sell or a service you provide? You don't spend a cent on leads? Are you doing it all yourself? Thats like saying "there is no property management expense because I "Self Manage"" at worst, its a lie, at best its disingenuous.
You come in here to off hand promote with out providing any value. If you are really getting GOOD quality leads without "paying" for leads, why wouldn't you guide or mentor people to understand how to or at least why they are thinking wrong?
