Direct Marketing for Houses in bad neighborhoods in Charlotte NC?
I noticed that a zip code(28208) in Charlotte, NC has much lower property values than any other area in Charlotte. I was thinking that is where I would do my first big mailing, but after reading more on here it seems that that is a common first mistake for beginning wholesalers. In my mind lower property values always means higher returns, but I guess a lot of people don't want to deal with the riff-raff that comes with neighborhoods with very low property values.
Any advice from experienced wholesalers or anyone in the Charlotte area?
