What are all the wholesaling contracts and documents I need in place to protect myself and get started.

Where can I acquire these documents? Please help!

Hi Branden, You might not like the answer, but most people on here that have solid docs paid an attorney a lot of money to draft them. I'm not sure if anyone would be willing to give those up for free. You could always do Legal Zoom or Law Depot, but be prepared to get holes punched in them by attorneys down the road. Your best bet would be to have a PA attorney that specializes in lending assist with that. Cutting corners by "Franken-docing" your documents from the internet can/will likely land you in a heap of trouble down the road. I wish you well in your endeavors.
