Tax Assessment Records in North Carolina

Hello All!

I am starting my wholesale business in Charlotte, North Carolina and am looking to expand on my buyers list. I have been told that a good way to do this is to get the tax records for houses bought within the past 6 months or so in the Charlotte area to see who is buying multiple properties.

Does anyone know how to get these records? I have not been able to figure it out. Thanks for your help!
