Hello BP community! My name is Patricia. I am from NY and it is my dream to invest in real estate. I am currently a college student and newly-licensed agent. 

I have been considering wholesaling for quite some time now. I believe I have heard some people say that wholesaling in this state is different than wholesaling in other states.
