Sellers paying closing costs?
I've always been under the impression that in wholesale transactions the buyer takes care of all of the closing costs; that one Of the perks of going through a wholesaler are The seller not having to worry about closing costs. Are there ever any instances where the seller assumes the closing costs?
Thanks in advance for any feedback

When you're dealing directly with Sellers, it's a strong selling point. However, "closing costs" can mean different things to different people. When you're buying off the MLS, it's mostly the Seller pays, but more negotiable, especially with REOs. For example, if you're marketing that you're paying all closing costs to Sellers and it changes even slightly, they might well walk away from the deal.
Last wholesale deal that I did here in Atlanta, I paid closing costs and I was the buyer.
Depends on the deal.
