How much info can I provide to buyers once I have a wholesale deal?

I just got my first wholesale deal! Now that I'm marketing it to buyers, let's say through Facebook groups, am I right to not disclose the property address right away? I would worry that someone may try to go around me straight to the seller and take the deal from under me. That being said, once a buyer sends me a message that they're interested, what all do I say? What if they ask for the street name? Would even that be too much information to give as they could potentially find the house using the pictures I've posted and find the seller that way? Any advice appreciated!

Do not share the address publicly. Even if you have the property under contract. There are many wholesalers who just wait for you to fall out of contract. Vet the buyers before you send any information, disclose that you are assigning your equitable interest in the property.
