Hey everyone. After spending time reading, listening to podcasts, watching videos I've decided to just get out there and search for leads. I posted the following ad on Craigslist looking for potential sellers. Let me know what you all think

We are interested in buying your property! Do you own a house in one place and live in another and struggling to keep up two mortgages?
