Mock MLS Sites EXPIRED LISTINGS?
I heard they're are a few mock (untrue MLS sites) that list properties that are near completion of being expired. There's supposedly a way to search by last market date. Anyone know about these sites at all? I do go to realtors for expired listings but i rather look at them myself sometimes and theres a way to find a near expired listing online... How do i do that? What sites?
