New Jersey start up advice
Hello all,
My partner and I are starting a wholesaling business and would like some advice on how we could split the workload. We want to constantly work on moving the business forward without working on the same tasks. The focus should be on each of us working on things that complement each other which will keep the momentum moving. We're just unsure of how to divide it equally. Any advice or examples of how you are doing, or have done it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for all your help!
