Real Estate Valuation Adjustments
Need some help quantifying Appraisal Adjustments and am willing to share my findings with those that respond. My name is Kelly Githens. I’m a General Appraiser in the State of Oregon. I’m working on a project that has three parts: 1) Merging/updating two appraisal eBooks; 2) Creation of a house valuation Tool (http://integratedresidentialreinvesting.com/); 3) Creation of an online course for those who want to learn how to value houses with the tools and background I provide. I’m seeking opinions of the various types and amounts of Adjustments, preferably in a percent format so that adjustments from one area are transferable to other areas of the country.
