Helping out a fellow wholesaler
Hello community, I have a situation in which I need some guidance. I just recently was presented a deal by a wholesaler where I knew a buyer for the property at hand. I knew I could tap on another 2k and sell it to him. I took the buyer to look and he agreed it was a good deal. Now I do not have this in contract (the original wholesaler does). The original wholesaler and my buyer have not met, and the wholesaler assures me I will get my promised 2k. Its not that I doubt him, but I have never done business with him. The paper work will be done next Tuesday, my question is what can I do to insure I will get my fee?
Thank you again everyone!
