Newbie | Can I get MLS access without being a RE agent?

I am just starting my wholesaleing journey and i am looking for up to date owner info. I am not an agent and i do not want to bother other agents with 100 addresses a day. 

I know popstream is every well known but is there any others? Maybe cheaper? 

Are they all the same price?
