Looking for boots on the ground?

Hey there. I’m an out of state investor looking for boots on the ground in the Grand Rapids area.
 
We are looking to work with someone on a job by job basis to basically go to open houses or showings and take pics/zoom video call with us so we can check out the properties beyond what is simply listed online by the sellers. M

ALSO would love to connect with some wholesalers doing business in this area. 

Anyone available to help me out? or anyone know anyone they’d recommend? :)
