New to Real Estate Wholesaling and Looking For Buyers

Hello Everyone!

I am looking to get into real estate wholesaling in the Chicago area, and looking to connect with buyers in the area.  I have years of experience as a finance manager in commercial real estate, overseeing federal and government accounts.  I quit that job a couple years back and have been primarily building new houses in the northern suburbs, along with doing a few remodel projects on the side.  I've been wanting to get into wholesaling for awhile now (reading books, forums, podcasts, studying for the real estate license, etc.) and feel like I have a solid background and understanding to provide value to all sides of the transaction. 

I've recently started driving for dollars and building a list of leads, but am at the point where I want to have a few prospective buyers in mind that I can send the deals to once locked in.  If interested, please reach out to connect.  I'd love to hear about what types of properties you are looking for and get more details to see if it would be a good fit.
