What "info" do you provide to investors who ask: "please send all info to..."

Here's a question for investors who buy from wholesalers, from someone new to this wholesale game:

After posting my first deal I received tons of responses from potential buyers asking for me to "send all info" to their email address.. I had already included the address, price, potential comps, ARV and access details.

What other "info" could they be asking for? Would like to be able to respond confidently in the future to those who reach out.
