Hi, I'm a beginner looking to start a wholesaling business as my entry into real estate investing. What would be the best tips to start when looking to perform this business effectively? Any marketing campaign tips or programs that may be available to help drive leads for motivated sellers? Your tips would be greatly appreciated, as I have enough money saved to build a marketing funnel for direct and indirect marketing. but just don't know where to start. Thanks again.

 The first thing you need to do is get an online presence and online credibility going.

No matter what you do, be it DMM cold calling D4$ texting, you need a website and you need to establish credibility online or you will be throwing your money away on marketing.

The more motivated a person is, the more credible you need to be. They WILL do an online search on you to find out more about you before they decide to go with you.

This is a must.

Then you need to realize that no list, no software no nothing can target motivation.

Everything everyone has ever told you about motivated sellers is simply wrong. 

Look into data, and numbers, and not into how many followers someone has before you listen to anyone.

Focus on a website then invest in PPC, FB ads, Youtube ads and SEO.

This is the formula to reliable success, NOTHING else!
