Hello all. I am looking for the simplest wholesale contract to use. I have looked at so many, I'm not sure which to use. I think it would also be beneficial  for me to find a leader that I can be with and learn. I'm in Northern Berks County but I can travel within reason. Any pointers would be appreciated.
