phone numbers out of service, absentee owners.

hello BP family. So I've been cold calling absentee owners. most of the numbers are no longer in service or wrong number. nonetheless i've managed to find 2 Leeds so far. has anyone else ran into this problem?  this is very frustrating because the software i'm using is about $100 a month with nothing but dead end for the phone numbers.  thank you family

There are several skip-tracing companies out there. Find one that does not have a high-priced long-term monthly contract, flexible pricing, and excellent customer service. If you need a referral code or more information let me know.
