Wholesaling Lists: Shutoff Water Service from Fairfax Water

Tom Saysithideth
Posted

Hi BP Family,

Has anyone had success in getting a list of properties with their water cutoff for the past 6 months? This was mentioned in the BP Real Estate Podcast Episode 332 with Adam Johnson and Brent Moreno. I reached out and they said that they do not share this information with the public.

Thank you,

Tom

Great question.  I assume your looking for those houses that are in distress.  One way you can do this is to look at the tax records online, and it can tell you which houses are behind on their taxes.  Not sure about D.C. but in Fairfax it shows.
