Hello my name is Ronald . I am new to bigger pockets. I look to Wholesale, fix n flip and hold properties. I am also interested in Multi Family properties in my area of Jefferson /Shelby Counties Alabama. I also am looking for ways to build my buyers list all suggestions welcome. I would like to know more about Pricing ,analyzing ,locating [ not from MLS] Multi Family properties. Thank You
